Shipping policy

United States and Canada shipping

Free standard shipping is offered on eyewear orders to the United States and Canada. For US orders, duties and import fees are prepaid or absorbed by Le Seven Optical. US customers will not be charged duties or import fees at delivery. Expected delivery is 7–14 days.

Accessories

Physical accessories, including eyeglass chains, qualify for free shipping only when purchased together with eyewear in the same order, and follow the shipping policy applicable to that eyewear order. Orders containing only accessories are excluded from the free-shipping offer. Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

International Shipping

Free international shipping on eyewear orders is offered to selected regions. Please refer to the shipping page during checkout process to see the details regarding expected delivery time and shipping costs (if any) to your particular region.

Non-prescription Glasses

Non-prescription glasses will ship within 1–2 business days after your order is placed, provided there are no other prescription products in your order. They will be shipped using your chosen shipping method during checkout.

Prescription glasses

Prescription glasses are custom made just for you after the order is placed. Production times for prescription lenses can vary from 4–8 business days depending on the intricacy of the prescription and the type of lens required. Once your lenses have been crafted and mounted into the frame, they will be shipped to you using your chosen shipping method.
